This project collect the weather and air quality data and caculate the summary data for the AIR pollution prediction model which is most EIA project used . And in this project we design a query system on WEB for the user who need these data to execute the prediction model. For EPA to monitor the environment impact data, we suggest the format for the developer to offer the environment impact data and we design a query system on WEB for monitor the data.
